SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group personal training is excellent for both beginners as well as advanced levels of fitness. By limiting the session size to just 2-4 members, we will individualize the workout based on your fitness level and your goals. Whether you are looking to move better without pain, or improve on something more advanced such as performing a kettlebell snatch, small group personal training is perfect for you. It is our coach’s job to meet you where you’re at, and give you a workout designed just for you.
