Our recent trip to Las Vegas was absolutely amazing. We really took our time to plan out our restaurants and shows well in advance, and it made for one of the best experiences we've ever had.
We were gone for 5 days, and when I got back getting back into my routine was so much more difficult than I thought it would be. I found myself really not wanting to go to the gym, and struggling to get back into my disciplined daily habits. I think it's helpful to be prepared for WHEN these challenging moments arise, and not if.
As we head into travel season, I wanted to share with you one of my best tips for restarting your routine after vacation (or time off for any reason).
