We're all guilty of sitting too much throughout the day...
At the desk, driving or from a long flight, you've probably noticed some tightness or stiffness in your upper body.
Let’s be honest, it is almost impossible for anyone to have a perfect posturer for an extended period of time. As we start to lose our posture and stay in poor positions, certain muscles will begin to feel tight. Longterm, this can cause more permanent posture changes. With that being said, there are things we can do to help mitigate poor posture that happens throughout the day!
#1 Try to stand up as often as you can. Even just standing up for a minute or two between calls or meetings can help reset your posture.
#2 Stay consistent with your strength training routine
