Set your goals, then do THIS

In order to achieve your goals, you have to develop a standard of living that is correlated with the eventual achievement of them. In other words, the way you live your life and your daily habits will determine whether or not you accomplish them. 

Sounds simple right? Well, it's important to remember not to confuse simple with easy. If it were easy, then more people would be achieving their goals more frequently. 

If you feel like you're stuck, and are getting frustrated with not hitting your goals, what is likely required here is a mindset shift. 

Most of the time when people aren't making progress towards their goal, they are focused way too much on the end result, and not paying enough attention to their daily process i.e. their standard. 

Develop your daily standard based on what your goals are, and be relentless on the daily pursuit of your standard. The more consistent you are living by your new set of standards, the more frequently you'll need to keep re-setting goals because of how many of them you're accomplishing.
