As we enter one of the most challenging times of the year to maintain consistency—summer—we face numerous distractions. Barbecues, graduation parties, vacations, and other events can easily throw off our routines. It's important to recognize how difficult it can be to restart a routine once it's been disrupted.

This summer, I challenge you to set an expectation for yourself: strive for consistency rather than perfection. Acknowledge that there will be more distractions than usual, and understand that staying consistent is the key to achieving your goals.
Join the Summer Strength Challenge
From now until the end of August, there are nine weeks. I'm inviting you to join me in a summer challenge: aim to complete 18 strength sessions in this nine-week period. That's an average of two sessions per week. If you can do more, consider it a bonus.
