About ten years ago, Gretchen faced some of the darkest days of her life. What motivates her to keep going? She knows how easy it would be to slip back into old habits. As a former smoker, now 10 years smoke-free, she understands the power of small choices. "If I skip one day, it could lead to skipping two days. Consistency is everything,” she says.
