Let’s talk about goals.
Not the New Year’s kind.
Not the 30-day crash plan kind.
And definitely not the "look perfect and hustle harder" kind.

I’m talking about real, meaningful goals—
The kind that actually matter to you.
The kind that give you clarity, purpose, and peace.

Because here’s the truth:
Most people don’t fail at goal setting because they’re lazy or unmotivated.
They fail because they’ve been set up with the wrong approach.

 

Here’s what I’ve seen happen (over and over again):

  • People chase goals they think they should want… not what they actually want.

  • They get caught up in results and lose sight of the process.

  • They burn out because they never built a system they can actually stick with.

Worse? They tie their self-worth to whether or not they “hit the number.”
And when they fall short (which most people do)… the cycle of shame and starting over begins again.

Sound familiar?
